Shipping and returns

Shipping

We build to order. Production takes 1–5 business days before dispatch, depending on the piece. Standard US shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days and costs $8, or is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping costs $15 and takes an additional 1–2 business days. Express shipping does not shorten production time.

For custom orders, we confirm shipping arrangements, charges and estimated timing with you before the order proceeds. If you need a piece by a particular date, use our contact form before ordering.

Returns and refunds

We offer full refunds for returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available. Use our contact form with your order number for return instructions. We will reply by email.

Customers pay return postage. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 weeks after we receive the returned item.
